Yamunanagar

Yamuna Nagar is a city in state of Haryana in India. Its houses some good amount of industry in particular the stainless steel utensil making, Plywood board, Paper, Sugar, Industrial boilers etc. The city has a large paper industry owned by THAPAR group of India. Prior to Indian independence the paper factory was owned by British. The city is one among developed cities of Haryana and houses some good educational and medical facilities. The river Yamuna flows on one side of the city. The state of Uttar Pradesh borders the city on side of river yamuna. The neighbouring city being Saharnpur in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Jagadhri is an adjoining town famous for its stainless steel industry.
