Vegetable juice

From Biocrawler, the free encyclopedia.

Vegetable juice is a popular drink the world over. One of its most common forms is tomato juice. Vegetable juice is an alternative to fruit juice and is usually healthier, given that it contains less sugar.

Recently there has been controversy regarding vegetable juices due to an urban myth that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has regulations allowing insects to be put into commercial vegetable juices, such as the ones sold by V8 and Motts.
