The word unity simply means oneness and is used in a variety of ways:
- In mathematics, unity refers to the number one. This also extends to electrical engineering, particularly to audio (see unity gain). Expressed in decibels, unity is 0dB.
- Unity is the name of the belief system held by the members of the Unity Church.

- Unity is the second album for Australian band George.
- Unity is also the name of a cancelled computer game, developed by Lionhead Studios.
- Unity is the name of a state of Sudan.
- Unity, or unity of invention, is a patent law requirement.
- Unity is also the name of the fictional vessel in the fan-produced Series Star Trek: Unity (http://st-unity.net)
