The Uganda People's Congress is a political party in Uganda. It has been led throughout its existence by its president Milton Obote. Allthough parties are allowed, Uganda holds elections on a non-party basis. The strengt of the parties is therefore not available. At the presidential elections of 12 march 2001, Aggrey Siryoyi Awori, member of the Uganda Peoples Congress won 1.4 % of the vote.
