Trickle

Trickle was the 2000 release from British electronic duo Olive. This album has edged more towards the electronic dance genre than their previous album Extra Virgin; the cover of the 10cc tune I'm Not In Love (the first single from the album), with its synth playing mordents in the background, gives a good indication of this.

This album also signalled two other events in the band: the departure of producer Robin Taylor-Firth from the line-up, and the band's lapsing into dormancy (which may have been a result of Taylor-Firth's departure). Since the release of this album, there has been little indication from the Olive camp of any follow-up to the two releases.
