Trevelin is a town in Chubut Province, Argentina. It is in the department of Futaleufú, south of Esquel.
The town was originally known as 'Colonia 16 de Octubre' and was important in the Welsh settlement of the Chubut Valley. It was renamed Trevelin, the Welsh for 'mill town', due to the Los Andes mill that used to operate there.
