The Challengers (band)

The Challengers were a surf rock group from Southern California (1962-1969).
They were among the first and longest-lasting surf bands to emerge from Southern California. Members included drummer and founder Richard Delvy, lead guitarist Glen Grey and rhythm guitarist Paul Johnson, who also was involved Eddie & the Showmen, and PJ & the Galaxies.
