From Biocrawler, the free encyclopedia.
The Adventures of the Ten Princes is a story, perhaps one of the earliest examples in the world of the form of writing called a novel, or perhaps it might be considered one of the precursers of the novel, since a novel is usually thought of as a modern writing. The Adventures of the Ten Princes was written in Sanskrit in the 6th or 7th century by Dandin.
