Textome is the whole set of text elements that can be processed and mined for new information generation.Textome is used by bioinformatics experts to describe the text body where they can extract information such as ontology, interaction and function between biological entities. Broadly, it can include all scientific text body. Further up, the whole parseable and computable knowledge body.
