I propse a change to this template.
The current statement "it is either Public Domain or Fair use" is not good.

- Currently, it says "It may be ineligible for copyright or in the public domain. In other cases, it is believed that these images may be exhibited on Biocrawler under the fair use provision of United States copyright law." which seems to be a fair statement about the copyrightability of heraldry. --Palnatoke 04:25, 21 Jun 2005 (UTC)
