Tangerang is a city 20 kilometers west of Jakarta, Indonesia. It is the second largest urban center in the Jabotabek region after Jakarta. The estimated population in 2005 is 3.2 million. It is located at 6°11′ S 106°38′ E (http://kvaleberg.com/extensions/mapsources/index.php?params=6_11_S_106_38_E_).
