Sun Shangxiang (Traditional Chinese: 孫尚香; Simplified Chinese: 孙尚香; pinyin: Sūn Shàngxiāng) (184 – ?), was the youngest daughter of Sun Jian and Lady Wu. She had several siblings but the most recognized were Sun Ce and Sun Quan. She was often portrayed as as a tomboy who always had fencing handmaidens outside her rice-paper chambers.
Sun Quan planned to marry Sun Shang Xiang to Liu Bei to solidate their alliance. The marriage turned out to be a trap. Liu Bei and Sun Shang Xiang fled Wu. Her scolding of the Wu officiers was a major contribution to their escape.
Later, Sun Shang Xiang wanted to return to Wu with her son Liu Shan in order to tend to her mother. Sun Quan planned on using Lui Shan as ransom. The Shu officiers went to stop her. They managed to return Liu Shan to Shu however Sun Shang Xiang remained in Wu.
After the battle of Yi Ling, when she was told of Liu Bei's death she threw herself into a river and drowned.
