A summit is:
- A point higher than all the ground immediately surrounding it; see topographical summit.
- The highest point on a transportation route crossing high ground; see route summit.
- A meeting of heads of state or other leaders; see summit meeting.
Summit is also the name of some places in the United States of America:

Summit Point, West Virginia may be sometimes called simply "Summit".
Other uses:
- "The Summit" is a former name for the Compaq Center in Houston, Texas.
- "Summit", or "Summat" are also British English slang terms for "Something"-they are rarely used in written English, except in dialect.
- It may be shorthand for Summit Brewing Company
