Subspace

From Biocrawler, the free encyclopedia.

  • The psychological state of the submissive partner in a BDSM scene is sometimes described as "subspace" or "sub space": see subspace (BDSM)
  • Also another name for Hammerspace, commonly used in science-fiction settings, such as the Transformers cartoon series.

Subspace is below-normal space. In subspace, laws such as size or weight of an object don't exist while the object is still real and still exists in the real physical realm.

Subspace is different from hyperspace. Hyperspace is a higher plane that has infinite space and where normal rules do not apply
