The Saginaw Spirit are a junior ice hockey team in the Ontario Hockey League. They play out of The Dow Event Center (capacity 5,500) in Saginaw, Michigan, USA. They have been known as the Saginaw Spirit since 2002 when they moved from North Bay and were known as the North Bay Centennials. They have also been known as the Niagara Falls Flyers and the St. Catharines Black Hawks.
