SsRNA-RT virus

ss-RNA RT is the single stranded Ribonucleic acid genome that is present in the HIV virus. With the help of this RNA it replicates and gives rise to a single stranded DNA molecule with the help of an enzyme called reverse transcriptase (RT) that is encoded by the pol gene of the viral genome.
