Splenomegaly

Splenomegaly is an enlargement of the spleen. It is seen in:
- malaria
- hodgkin's disease
- hairy cell leukemia
- chronic myelogenous leukemia
- gaucher's disease
- thalassemia
- cardiac cirrhosis
