Russ Manning Award

The Russ Manning Best Newcomer Award is given out to a promising comics artist whose first professional work appeared within the last two years. It is presented at the Eisner Award ceremony. The winner is chosen from a list of nominees picked by the judges from the West Coast Comics Club and Comic-Con International.
