Roy Cullen

Roy Cullen (born December 31, 1944, in Montreal, Quebec) is a Liberal Party of Canada MP for the riding of Etobicoke North in the Canadian House of Commons. A former parliamentary secretary to the Minister of Finance, he is currently parliamentary secretary to the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness. First elected in 1996, Cullen was a chartered accountant before entering politics.
