Roseau, population 15,853 (1993), estimated population in 2001 - 19,400, is the capital of Dominica. It exports limes, lime juice, essential oils, tropical vegetables, and spices.
It is located at 15°18′ N 61°23′ W (http://kvaleberg.com/extensions/mapsources/index.php?params=15_18_N_61_23_W_), on the West (Leeward) coast of Dominica, and is a combination of modern and colonial (French Style) architecture.
