The Pseudomonadaceae are a family of bacteria, including Pseudomonas, Cellvibrio, together with the Azotobacter group. This group contains several named genera: Azomonas, Azorhizophilus, and Azotobacter. Many members of this group produce different derivatives of the flourecent pigment pyoveridne2. The Azotobacteriaceae were recently published as belonging in this family as well1.
