Pentagon is a Washington Metro station in Arlington, Virginia on the Blue and Yellow Lines. It is a transfer station for the Blue and Yellow lines, but they do not cross; this is where the two lines diverge going north, the Blue Line continuing on in Virginia and the Yellow Line crossing the Potomac River.

The station is located under The Pentagon, and formerly had a direct (but secure) entrance to the Pentagon and its underground shopping center. That entrance has since been closed and sealed off since the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and subsequent renovations. Access to the Pentagon is now gained via a secured entrance above ground near the bus depot and the entrances to subway station. Service began on July 1, 1977.
