Ocean Terminal, Edinburgh

From Biocrawler, the free encyclopedia.

Ocean Terminal in Edinburgh, Scotland is a shopping centre, designed by Terence Conran. It is built on former industrial land beside the docks, and along with the relocation of the Scottish Executive, has played a key part in the Forth Ports led regeneration of Leith. Docked beside it is the now decommissioned Royal Yacht Britannia, which is accessed via the centre. BHS and Debenhams are its anchor stores, and there is also the usual selection of "high street" name shops, a variety of restaurants and bars, and a Ster Century cinema.
