Napoleon, Arkansas

The historic site of Napoleon, Arkansas is in the U.S. state of Arkansas, near the confluent of the Arkansas and Mississippi rivers. At one time the county seat of Desha County, Arkansas, Napoleon was flooded when the banks of the Mississippi River burst through and destroyed the once-thriving river port town.
