Kungur

Kungur is a town at the south-east of the Perm Oblast, 101 km of the Perm. Kungur is a center of the Kungur district. Its population is 76,600 and thecity has an area of 68.7 km². It is an old Russian town, historical and architecture reserve.

Kungur is a trade, industrial and transport center of the south-east part of Perm Oblast. It is the first European town on the Transsibirskaya Magistral.

There is a famous cave, Kungur Ice Cave, nearby.
