Kotka

Kotka (finnish Eagle) is a town and municipality of Finland.
It is located in the province of Southern Finland and is part of the Kymenlaakso region. The municipality has a population of 54,618 (2003) and covers an area of 274.12 km² of which 5.78 km² is water. The population density is 199.2 inhabitants per km².
