The word international can mean:

- The International Space Station is a current space station preceding the Mir space station.
It is common in the USA to refer to international to mean "outside of the United States". This usage has been noted to be annoying to English speakers of non American origin reading material (commonly websites) written in the USA for a global audience (after all, if the reader is South African, the USA is "international" to them).
