Horopter
From Biocrawler, the free encyclopedia.
The horopter is a 3D curve that can be defined as the set of points for which the light falls on corresponding areas in the two retinas, that is, anatomically identical points.
The projection of the horopter in the horizontal plane across the fovea is the Vieth-Muller circle, a circle that touches the focal points of both eyes and the fixating point.
