Hermann von Ihering (1850 - 1930) was a German-Brazilian zoologist.
Ihering travelled to Brazil in 1880. He was the founder and first director of the São Paulo museum in 1894. He was the author of Catalogos da Fauna Brasiliera (1907) with his son Rudolpho von Ihering.
