Graham T. Allison

Graham T. Allison is a professor at Harvard University.
Allison was born in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is the author of Essence of Decision, a 1971 analysis of the Cuban Missile Crisis. In the 1990s, he served as Assistant Secretary of Defense for Policy and Plans of the Clinton administration.
He is now Professor of Government and Director of the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University.
