Gardermoen Airfield

Gardermoen Airfield is the militarized part of Oslo Airport (Norway's main airport) situated just north of Oslo, the capital of Norway. The military airport was founded on December 1, 1996. The airfield is designed to handle the complex logistics of the air force, and is one of the most advanced C-130 installations in Europe. At Gardermoen Airfield you find the 135. Wing and the 335. Squadron. The airfield is built to easily expand cheaply and fast whenever needed.
