Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is a Toronto, Ontario based owner/operator of luxury hotels and resorts in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Bermuda, Barbados, United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. It holds a 83.5% controlling interest in Fairmont Hotels Inc., a 100% interest in Delta Hotels, and a 35% investment interest in Legacy Hotels Real Estate Investment Trust.
It is known in Canada for its famous historical resorts or hotels such as Chateau Lake Louise in Alberta and Château Frontenac in Québec on the other side of the country, several thousands of kilometers away.
