Disneyland, Inc. was the company jointly owned by Walt Disney Productions and the American Broadcasting Company from 1955-1960, which managed and built the Disneyland theme park in Anaheim, California.
In 1960, Walt Disney purchased ABC's share of Disneyland, Inc., and the theme park became a fully owned part of Walt Disney Productions. Disneyland, Inc. as a company was no longer needed and was absorbed by WED Enterprises, Walt Disney's private company.
