The Debré family is a French family including several prominent politicians and physicians.

• Robert Debré was a prominent physician
• Michel Debré, son of Robert, was Prime Minister of France, among other positions, and a major actor in the redaction of the constitution of the French Fifth Republic
• Jean-Louis Debré, son of Michel, was Minister of the Interior and president of the French National Assembly
• Bernard Debré, false twin of Jean-Louis, is a physician and politician
