David L. Rabinowitz

David Lincoln Rabinowitz (born 1960) is a professor at Yale University researching the Kuiper belt and the outer solar system.
Along with Michael E. Brown and Chadwick A. Trujillo he has discovered trans-Neptunian objects, among them:
- 90377 Sedna - thought to be the first inner Öpik-Oort cloud object.
- 90482 Orcus - possibly the largest Kuiper Belt object after Pluto
