Chris Ballance

Chris Ballance, born July 7, 1952 is a Green Member of the Scottish Parliament for South of Scotland. Born in Worcester, England he previously owned and managed a second-hand bookshop before being elected to the Scottish Parliament in 2003. He currently sits on the Parliament's Enterprise and Culture Committee and is the Green's Parliamentary spokesperson for Transport.
