Chris-Craft Industries

Chris-Craft Industries is a diversified corporation which began as an outgrowth of the manufacturing of the "Chris-Craft" brand of boats and luxury yachts. In 2001, News Corp. acquired Chris-Craft's television stations for US$4.4 billion.
