Cellou Dalein Diallo

Cellou Dalein Diallo (born 1953?) is a Guinean economist and politician. He has been the prime minister of Guinea since December 9 2004 when he was appointed by Guinea's ailing president, Lansana Conté. The position of prime minister had been vacant since April 2004. Diallo worked at the central bank before joining Conté's cabinet in 1995. He served for several years as minister of public works, and was minister of fisheries at the time of his appointment as prime minister.
