Synopsis
A scientist (Jeff Goldblum) tries to create a serum that will cure dog allergies in humans. However, a group of cats led by Mr. Tinkles (Sean Hayes) reverse the formula to create an allergen. Several dog agents from the world's dog headquarters try to stop Mr. Tinkles and his cats from transferring the allergen to a large army of mice that will spread it throughout the world.
