Category:Prisoners and detainees

This category is due to replace its present subcategory category:prisoners, for reasons similar to the renaming of category:Dramatists to category:Dramatists and playwrights (see category talk:dramatists and playwrights for further explanation).
In the present case, while prisoners and detainees are technically synonyms, their connotations are different: a "detainee" might be somebody under remand (and later proven not guilty), etc... while up until now the "prisoners" category was a subcategory of "criminals" (which proves to be far from always the case).
Biocrawler, however, does not occupy itself with determining "guilt" or "innocence" of people - that's what courts do - but it does occupy itself with recording what happened to important people.
