The Brown Teal (Anas aucklandica) is a species of duck of the genus Anas.
There are three subspecies:
- New Zealand Teal A. a. chlorotis
- Auckland Island Teal A. a. aucklandica
- Campbell Island Teal A. a. nesiotis
