Brockhaus

Brockhaus is a German family name. The Brockhaus family was famous with a number of scientists and editors of encyclopedias and dictionaries since 19th century. The most notable works are:

• Brockhaus encyclopedia
• Brockhaus and Efron

Their works have eventually led to the creation of Bibliographisches Institut & F.A. Brockhaus AG publishing house.
