Bogense municipality

Bogense municipality, a municipality in central Denmark, in the county of Funen.

The municipality covers an area of 102 km², and has a total population of 6,403. Main city and site of municipal-council, is Bogense.

By January 1, 2007 Bogense municipality will cease to exists as it will combined with Søndersø and Otterup municipality to form a new Nordfyns municipality.
