With the exception of several pages which are permanently protected — namely those in the MediaWiki namespace which provide text for the user interface, system administration and copyright/license pages, and the Main Page, which is highly visible, making it too much of a target for vandalism — you should be able to edit the page when it is unprotected in a few days' time.
