Atropos

From Biocrawler, the free encyclopedia.

Atropos is also a British entomological journal - see Atropos (journal)

In Greek mythology, Atropos was the third of the Moirae. She was the oldest of the Three Fates, and was known as the "inevitable". She literally cut the thread of life, which was spun by Clotho, and measured by Lachesis. Her Roman equivalent was Morta.
