Athoor is a small village of the Dindigul District in India. It is legislative assembly of Tamil Nadu. Athoor is a beautiful village surrounded by coconut and mango trees. Rice cultivation is the major job.
Kamaraja Shakar Dam is situated in the west part of the village. The population is around 4000.
Sadayandi Temple is situated in the hills cave.
