Alan Hinkes

Alan Hinkes (April 26, 1954- ) is a British mountaineer from Northallerton in North Yorkshire. He is currently the only British mountaineer to have summited all 14 mountains with elevations greater than 8000 metres. He summited the last one, Kangchenjunga, on May 30, 2005.
