Ærøskøbing municipality

Ærøskøbing municipality, is a municipality in central Denmark, in the county of Funen. The municipality covers an area of 74 km², and has a total population of 3,779 (2003). Main city and site of municipal-council, is Ærøskøbing.

By January 1, 2006 Ærøskøbing municipality will cease to exists as it will combined with Marstal municipal to form a new Ærø municipality.
